  • Refunds typically processed within 5-7 business days
  • No refunds for change of mind after preparation begins

  • Informing us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions
  • Understanding that our kitchen handles various ingredients
  • Cross-contamination may occur despite our best efforts
  • Consuming food within recommended timeframes
